Position Overview :

The Early-Stage Talent Manager at Augmentjobs will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and managing top talent for early-stage and emerging roles within the organization.

This role is crucial in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring that Augmentjobs can scale effectively and meet its growth objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in talent management, strong networking skills, and a keen understanding of the dynamics of early-stage recruitment.

Key Responsibilities :

Talent Sourcing & Acquisition :

Develop and implement strategies to attract high-quality candidates for early-stage positions.

Utilize various recruiting channels including social media, job boards, and networking events to identify potential talent.

Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, educational institutions, and other sources of talent.

Candidate Management :

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for early-stage roles, including screening, interviewing, and hiring.

Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Conduct initial assessments and make recommendations to hiring managers based on candidates' fit for roles and company culture.

Talent Strategy & Planning :

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and forecast talent requirements.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve talent acquisition strategies and processes.

Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

Employer Branding :

Promote Augmentjobs as an employer of choice through various channels and initiatives.

Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.

Represent Augmentjobs at career fairs, industry conferences, and networking events.

Onboarding & Integration :

Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and integration into the team.

Work with HR and other departments to create a positive and effective onboarding experience.

Skills and Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in HR are a plus.

Experience : 3 - 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role, with a focus on early-stage or startup environments.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and best practices.

Familiarity with HR software and platforms.

Interpersonal Skills :

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong networking abilities and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Analytical Skills :

Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to inform strategies.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Adaptability to fast-paced and changing environments.

Working Conditions :
