Key Responsibilities :

  • With researchers, conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for competitive advantage
  • Explore and implement competitive, market-desirable, AI-driven content strategies to enhance product experience for client organizations
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure content and product strategies are preserved
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to support product development across channels

Requirements :

  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently

  • Facility with Microsoft 365 Suite (including Teams, Copilot, and Viva Engage), especially regarding workplace productivity
  • Familiarity with other enterprise workplace tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, etc.) strong plus
  • Familiarity with workplace learning platforms and tools (e.g., LMS, LXP, etc.)
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and methods to measure content efficacy
  • Excellent teamwork skills, with an ability to get things done requiring minimal supervision
