Dual Hotel General Manager Qualifications :
- 3+ years as a Dual GM or GM for 250+ key properties
- Hilton or Marriott experience with flagged properties
- 10+ years of hotel experience with progressive leadership roles and responsibilities
- Experience with both select-service and full-service properties
- Relocation candidates considered with California experience
- Tech-savvy with a strong understanding and ability to read and interpret data
- Excellent financial acumen
Dual Hotel General Manager Responsibilities :
- Lead the team with integrity and forthright communication
- Actively engage and listen to team members, their input, and ideas
- Ensure high standards are communicated and achieved; exceed expectations for brand QA
- Manage revenue and occupancy to achieve a high ADR and deliver value to our guests
- Other duties as assigned
