Based in Santa Clarita, CA we are general contractor that provides pre-construction, construction management, and general engineering services through out the country.
Our current need is for a talented Superintendent with commercial construction experience to work projects through out California.

Job Details
MUST HAVE -
- DSA Expereince
- 5 or more years of construction expereince
- Degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering or Design
- OSHA 10 preferred
- Project such as commercial, libraries, fire stations, government etc
Responsibilities -
- Manage baseline schedules
- Manage change orders, back changes, conflict resolutions, subcontractor billing, time and cost impact notices
- Conducts PCO meetings, subcontractor interviews etc.
