Position Summary : Escrow Customer Service Representative (x2) LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking two dedicated Escrow Customer Service Representatives to join our clients’ dynamic team in Dakota Dunes, SD. This role is pivotal in supporting their insurance verification and cancellation processes related to Creditor Placed Insurance (CPI). The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented communicator with a strong customer service mindset and the ability to manage inbound and outbound inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. This is a temporary contract role with the potential for permanent conversion based on performance and attendance. Candidates must be reliable, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional service. Location : Dakota Dunes, SD Employment Type : 6-Month Contract (Conversion possible based on attendance / performance) Compensation : $16.50 / hour Key Responsibilities Inbound Call Handling (75%)
Performance Metrics (10%)
CPI Cancellation Processing (15%)
