Position Purpose : The Sr Ops Project Manager with in CREST (Coaching for Results, Experiences, Speed and Teams) plays a pivotal role in scaling and enhancing the effectiveness of balanced team coaching engagements across the organization. This role is responsible for optimizing tools and processes, enabling data-driven decision-making, maintaining operational infrastructure, and aligning strategic initiatives with coaching outcomes. By managing the end-to-end coaching operations lifecyclefrom intake and onboarding to reporting and continuous improvementthe Sr Ops Project Manager ensures that coaching engagements with product management, UX and engineering teams and leaders are consistent, impactful, and aligned with organizational goals.

This role will be charged with driving the following core functions :

• Tools & Process Optimization : Oversee the coaching tech stack, assessment tools, and best practice documentation to ensure consistent and effective use across teams.
• Data & Reporting : Lead the collection, analysis, and communication of both quantitative and qualitative data to inform coaching strategies and stakeholder decisions.
• Infrastructure Management : Maintain templates, onboarding programs, knowledge-sharing platforms, and workshop tools to support operational efficiency.
• Strategic Alignment : Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, facilitating alignment through structured cadences such as OKR reviews, planning sessions, and retrospectives.

This role is instrumental in building a scalable coaching infrastructure that supports evolving organizational needs, fosters continuous learning, and drives measurable impact.
