Job Responsibilities
Staff Management Responsibilities :
- WDS Director (day-to-day operations)
- Communication and Facility Use Coordinator
- Membership Secretary / Administrative Assistant
- Part-Time HR Manager
- Part-Time Bookkeeper
- Part-Time Worship and Media Coordinator
- SFM Building Supervisor (coordination with facility management company)
Hours : 40+ hours per week; hours are flexible during normal work week; expected to work on-site, with some remote work possible when appropriate and effective.
Requires participation in some evening and weekend meetings.
Qualifications
At least six years prior experience in local church or non-profit management with a record of increasing responsibility.
Business or related degree preferred. Prefer a candidate with an understanding and appreciation of UMC theology and practice;
