Schedule Varies, FLEX PRN Program Requirements : Complete onboarding process Provide monthly availability to PRN Coordinator Scheduled unless notified of staffing surplus No impact on PRN status if days decrease due to staffing Failure to meet monthly minimum may result in probation or disciplinary action FLEX PRN-A : Commit to one to four 12-hour shifts / month FLEX PRN-B : Commit to five or more 12-hour shifts / month What you will need : Current Illinois LPN license required.

Must be able to comprehend and perform oral and written instructions and procedures. Ability to meet minimum monthly shift requirements.

Experience in working with older adults is preferred.
