Position : SR Project Analyst
Job Description : -The Sr. Project Analyst Value Management is responsible for supporting the implementation of initiatives that are focused on delivering strategic value to Hoag.
Under the guidance of the Vice President or a Project Manager, they will leverage their analytical skills to support metrics development and performance measurement on data-driven initiatives.
They also support the translation of strategic information and complex data analyses into compelling, executive-level plans and presentations.
Location : Irvine, CA
Job Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant work experience OR High School Diploma / GED and at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
Understanding of a broad range of data types administrative, financial, demographic, market, clinical, etc. - as well as an understanding of business performance metrics, benchmarks, targets and calculations.
Financial analysis and financial modeling experience.
Preferred Skills & Experience :
Degree / training in industrial engineering, finance, or business preferred.
Previous experience in performance / process improvement projects including, but not limited to, those involving Lean or Six Sigma methodologies preferred
Experience managing healthcare-related projects and familiarity with the healthcare provider industry preferred.
Familiarity with healthcare-specific data and systems preferred.
Education :
Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant work experience OR High School Diploma / GED and at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
Certifcations Preferred : Project Management Institute certification (e.g., CAPM, PMI-PBA), Certification in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
