A company is looking for a Senior SBA Business Development Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Market banking services to SBA loan eligible businesses, focusing on client contact and loan origination
Review financial statements, structure loan proposals, and prepare credit packages for SBA loans ranging from $350K to $5MM
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as agency guidelines and organizational policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent of at least 4 years' SBA lending experience
A minimum of 5 years of Business / Commercial lending experience
Experience in SBA loan origination is preferred
Familiarity with commercial loan underwriting systems
Proficiency in PC and internet usage
