Key ResponsibilitiesConsult with business units on compliance matters and assist in developing compliance policies and proceduresIdentify compliance risks and evaluate existing controls to mitigate non-complianceAssist in training employees on compliance responsibilities and escalate material compliance risks as necessaryRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 5 years' experience in compliance, legal, audit, risk, or a relevant functionIn lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 9 years of higher education and / or work experience, including 5 years in a relevant functionKnowledge of banking regulations, including fair lending laws and BSA / AML requirementsExperience with compliance risk management and monitoring mechanisms
