Responsibilities
Client Consultation : Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and tailor insurance solutions accordingly.
Inbound Calls : Manage incoming calls from clients, addressing inquiries and providing relevant information.
Policy Recommendations : Offer personalized insurance plans that align with the client's unique requirements.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust.
Continuous Education : Keep abreast of industry developments and trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Requirement
Licensing : Possessing an active Property & Casualty License in Connecticut is a plus.Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is a benefit.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.Client-Focused : A strong commitment to exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional service.
Adaptability : Capable of thriving in an office environment and working collaboratively with the team.Team Player : Aptitude for teamwork, cooperation, and fostering a positive team dynamic.
