Location : Orlando, Florida Job Summary : As a Refrigeration Technician, you will utilize your specialized skills and experience gained during your military service to install, repair, and maintain refrigeration systems for our clients.

Your technical expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will ensure the optimal performance and reliability of refrigeration equipment.

This position is open to veterans with experience in Army MOS 91C or a related field. Responsibilities : Apply your knowledge and skills in refrigeration gained from your military experience to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various refrigeration systems, including commercial and industrial refrigerators, freezers, walk-in coolers, and ice machines.

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues and ensure efficient system operation.

Diagnose malfunctions in refrigeration systems using your expertise in troubleshooting techniques and specialized tools and equipment.

Repair or replace defective components, such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, valves, motors, and electrical wiring, employing your comprehensive understanding of refrigeration systems.

Recharge refrigeration systems with appropriate refrigerants and perform leak tests to verify system integrity and optimal performance.

Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on equipment operation, maintenance best practices, and energy efficiency measures, leveraging your knowledge and experience.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed, including service reports, parts used, and time spent.

Adhere to safety protocols and comply with industry standards and regulations when handling refrigerants and working with electrical systems.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in refrigeration technology and techniques through continuous learning and training opportunities.

Foster a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained. Requirements : Military veteran with experience in Army MOS 91C (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Specialist) or a related field.

Strong knowledge of refrigeration principles, systems, and components acquired through military training and experience.

Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various refrigeration issues, including electrical and mechanical malfunctions, using skills obtained during military service.

Familiarity with different refrigerants and their appropriate handling and disposal procedures. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

Solid understanding of electrical and electronic systems related to refrigeration acquired through military training. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and safety protocols accurately. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
