Role Overview :

We are looking for a Funding Coordinator to join our team at Paramount Financial Services. In this essential role, you will help execute and manage funding operations for equipment finance and merchant advances.

As a key member of our team, you will support transaction documentation, compliance, and coordination efforts, ensuring smooth and efficient processing.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, team-focused, and energetic for rapid success within our team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Documentation Management : Reviewing, preparing, and processing of funding documentation for equipment finance and merchant advance transactions.
  • Transaction Coordination : Support the end-to-end funding process, including managing documentation workflow, fraud checks, and funding requests from partners.
  • Compliance Support : Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and assist with compliance-related tasks and documentation.
  • Customer and Partner Interaction : Respond to inquiries from customers and partners, providing excellent support and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Monitoring : Generate and maintain funding and audit worksheets, assist with reporting, and monitor key metrics to support operational efficiency.
  • Process Improvement : Contribute to the assessment and enhancement of existing documentation and funding processes.

Education & Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
  • Experience : Prior experience in a funding or coordination role is advantageous but not mandatory. Familiarity with equipment finance or merchant advances is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to quickly learn and utilize new systems and technologies.
