We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Inventory and Facilities Manager to oversee our inventory systems and manage facility operations.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management : Supervise inventory control, including ordering, stocking, and tracking medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and equipment.
Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Cubex Controlled Substances Management : Work with Cubex controlled substances management systems to ensure compliance with regulations.
Monitor and track controlled substances, perform regular audits, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Facilities Management : Ensure the hospital facility is maintained to the highest standards. Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and upgrades as needed.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Facilities Team Leadership : Manage and lead the facilities team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Vendor Coordination : Liaise with suppliers and service providers to negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and resolve issues.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
- Budget Management : Assist in budgeting and financial planning related to inventory and facilities. Monitor expenses and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Work with regional and practice managers to maintain inventory policies.
Requirements for Position
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- 2-3+ years working in a veterinary practice.
- Proven experience in inventory management and facilities operations, ideally in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with various departments.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Veterinary Technology, or a related field preferred.
