A company is looking for a Case Coordinator to manage workers compensation claims and facilitate treatment services.
Key Responsibilities
Obtains claim data for EDI submission to the Bureau of Workers Compensation (BWC)
Manages medical-only and low- to mid-level lost-time workers compensation claims
Documents communications and claims management in the system and responds to inquiries within one business day
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
One year of case management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of BWC Mandatory and Expected EDI Transmission elements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities
