The Payroll Coordinator supports this through effective delivery of payroll administrative tasks.
The Payroll Coordinator ensures that the tasks required to run payroll for nurses is processed on time and to the service levels agreed, with a focus on customer service and accuracy.
The role holder will work closely with teams across the organization.
Deliverables :
- Gather information on hours worked and accurately process within the required business and payroll systems.
- Recording and maintaining employees’ records and payroll transactions.
- Maintain departmental deadlines and procedures.
- Respond / Resolve payroll questions in a timely manner.
- Updating payroll information for promotions, transfers, terminations, and new hires.
Experience :
Experience of processing and administering payrolls.
Customer service experience, responding to enquires in a timely and accurate manner.
Developing and refining payroll procedures.
Preparation of payroll reports for management and auditing purposes.
Relationship building with stakeholders across multiple departments.
Time & attendance familiarity
Microsoft Office applications
ADP and UKG (experience a must)
Education :
Bachelor level degree or equivalent experience within healthcare staffing or similar industries.
