HX5 is seeking a Proposal Manager to manage proposals up to, and over $200M in value. This position will lead proposals personnel and matrixed personnel, including corporate department employees, program leaders, field personnel, and functional support to provide proposal management and proposal assessment expertise in accordance with HX5 processes and procedures.
The successful candidate must be strategic, experienced, detail oriented, and able to adhere to and apply detailed proposal processes.
The position is located in Huntsville, AL.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage large, complex federal proposals, including managing processes and teams, ensuring compliance with requirements, and adhering to win strategies.
- Develop proposal strategies, win themes, and value propositions with Capture Managers and others across the organization.
- Manage matrixed, geographically dispersed teams, including volume leads, writers, editors, and subject matter experts.
- Analyze Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and capture plans to advise Executive Leadership and Capture in making sound bid decisions.
- Direct day-to-day proposal management activities, including development of proposal work plans, schedules and action items, to maintain compliance against solicitation requirements.
