Plexos Group is currently seeking Debris Monitor leads to support a wildfire disaster response Program.
The Disaster Recovery Debris Monitor Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating debris monitoring operations during the cleanup phase after a natural disaster.
The individual will ensure that all debris removal activities are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities :
Supervise Debris Monitoring Activities : Oversee the work of debris monitors and ensure they are properly trained and equipped to carry out their duties.
This includes ensuring that all safety protocols and procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with Government Agencies : Liaise with local, state, and federal agencies to ensure debris removal operations are compliant with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of all debris removal activities. Prepare and submit regular reports detailing the progress and status of debris removal operations.
- Quality Assurance : Conduct regular audits of debris removal operations to ensure quality and compliance. Address any issues or discrepancies that arise.
- Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to debris monitoring. This includes communicating with contractors, government officials, and the public.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in disaster recovery or debris monitoring.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in challenging and stressful conditions.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to disaster recovery and debris removal.
Physical Requirements :
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
