What you will do

The Legal Counsel supports the legal department and the different departments from Cosentino providing guidance in legal matters.

We are looking for an energetic Legal Counsel to support litigations, corporate transactions, contract review or legal risk assessment.

Job Expectations

• General litigation and claims management
• Collection / bankruptcy claims management
• Employment advice
• Corporate transactions
• General legal guidance and support to all business units
• Contract review and negotiation
• Support on real estate transactions : leases; acquisitions and sales
• Support on environmental health and safety issues.

What you need to succeed

10 years of experience in a similar position

EDUCATION

Required

Law Certification / License to practice in Florida or any other U.S. jurisdiction.
