Customer Service Engineer
As part of the sales team, this role primarily assists with technical sales support to assure successful customer integration and implementation of established company products.

Your Challenge :
As part of the sales team, assists with technical sales support to assure successful customer integration and implementation of established company products.
May support unit sales plan through pre-sales and / or post-sales technical consulting activities. Requires ability to learn company’s products.
Typical pre-sales activities include gaining understanding of customers’ business and analysis of customer’s communication network needs.
Typical post-sales activities include :
gathering data and information on customer
participating in development of presentations relative to keeping customer current on how company’s product enhancements can meet customer’s changing business and network system needs.
assisting in engineering projects where sales input is necessary.
Working closely with Quality Assurance Team in testing, inspection and RMA processes.
working closely with Applications Engineering to come up with solutions to complex customer inquiries.
Your Expertise :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
2+ years of experience in a customer service role desired
Effective verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as working independently within tight deadlines
