A law firm is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney for its Los Angeles, CA location. The Workers' Compensation Attorney will represent clients in workers' compensation cases.

Duties :
- Handle all aspects of workers' compensation cases, including intake, investigation, negotiation, and litigation.
- Represent clients in administrative hearings and court proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Prepare and file legal documents and pleadings.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Manage case deadlines and priorities.
Requirements :
- Bar admission in California.
- 1-10 years of experience in workers' compensation law.
Education :
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications :
Admission to the State Bar of California.
Skills :
- Strong understanding of workers' compensation law and procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in legal research and writing.
