Duties :
- Schedule appointments, reminder calls to patients. Book and reschedule clinic appointments.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding their clinic appointments.
- Must answer phones, utilize in house and pagers, make overhead announcements.
- Other assignment as necessary. Extensive phone experience and computer literate.
Skill : 1 year experience and Bilingual (facility specific).
Education : High School Diploma / GED.
Languages :
- English(Speak, Read, Write)
- Spanish(Speak, Read, Write)
Minimum Degree Required : Completed High School (Diploma or GED)
Hours Per Week : 40.00
Hours Per Day : 8.00
