The successful applicant will have 5 years of experience as a full charge bookkeeper, a problem-solving attitude, and great communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Direct all financial transactions, such as credit card and bank reconciliations, and oversee the accounts payables and receivables process.
- Resolve any invoice issues, and process invoices, checks, and payroll accurately and on-time.
- Safeguard the accuracy of the general ledger and journal entries, prepare balance sheets, and financial reports.
- Maintain and update accurate financial records, tax reports, contracts, annual budgets, and financial statements.
- Perform extensive data entry to ensure all financial data is input into accounting software.
Qualifications
- 5 years or more of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Associate’s degree in accounting, business, or related field is preferred - high school diploma is required.
- Well-versed with Microsoft Office, Excel, and accounting software, such as QuickBooks.
- Exceptional organization, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are important.
