Are you an experienced Master's Level Therapist, but not looking for full-time work?
Centennial Peaks is looking for PRN, or as-needed, Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Therapist. This position facilitates quality, evidence-based mental health therapy groups.
The IOP Therapist is responsible for conducting group therapy sessions, maintaining accurate patient documentation in the medical record, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients, working in conjunction with members of a multidisciplinary team, communicating with family members, referral sources and community partners and coordinating patients’ discharge plans.

Staff must demonstrate flexibility for reassignment to provide care to varied populations including adults and dually diagnosed patients in an inpatient and partial hospital setting.

Qualifications

Qualifications
- The ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment is critical.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical / Counseling Psychology or Marriage & Family Therapy required.
- Prior experience providing therapeutic interventions for the psychiatric mental health population, preferably in an inpatient or group setting.
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT preferred.
- Prefer knowledge of group and individual therapy interventions and modalities, risk assessment and crisis / behavior management, mental health disorders and associated treatment, discharge planning and patient case management.
