Job title : Compliance and Business Operations Coordinator
Location : REMOTE

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Daily responsibilities :
- Dictation Calls to Physicians and Medical Facilities
- Sending Reports to Clients Daily
- Handle Status Calls, Document Follow-Up and Continue to Update Customers
- Management of Quick Reports
- Handle Download of Dictation
- Special Handling Reporting
- Handle Medical Records Subpoenas
- Manage a Customer Interfacing Emails
Additional Duties :
- CEU / CLE & Helping with the Presentation on day of
- Updating Policies and Procedures
- URAC Accreditation
- Setting Up / Disabling Employees Phone System
- Building Maintenance Issues
- Manage internal workflow Pop- Ups / Changes / Setting up Employee Accounts
- Quarterly QMC Meetings
- Assist in Management of Clinic- Dry Cleaning-Gowns
QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent
