SUMMARY :
ProFarm Group (PFG) is a subsidiary of Bioceres Crop Solutions, a global provider of biologically derived fertilizers, inoculants, crop traits, adjuvants, biostimulants and pesticides, serving the ever-expanding agricultural markets.
PFG focuses on discovering, developing, and marketing nature-derived biostimulants, as well as pest management products from microbes and plant extracts for the effective control of invertebrate pests, weeds, and plant diseases.
We are currently looking for an assistant controller to join our EU finance team to support accounting management, the preparation of financial statements in compliance with official guidelines and requirements and internal process management.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
Essential Functions :
- Verifying purchase invoices, expense claims and travel invoices in Procountor and classifying transactions to reasonable dimensions.
- Preparing Sales invoices in Procountor and revenue checklists.
- Maintaining and updating product, customer and supplier register in Procountor.
- Assisting in managing Purchase Request Process by registering and updating Purchasing Request Register.
- Assisting in managing Sales Order Process by registering and updating Sales Order Register.
- Preparing weekly sales report to the Parent Company.
- Preparing actual cashflow for Treasury.
- Assisting in preparing cashflow forecast for Treasury.
- Assisting in monthly, quarterly and yearly closing.
- Assisting in statutory, Group and SOX audits.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS : Education :
Education :
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a finance, economics or accounting field.
Experience :
- Three years’ experience in accounting / auditing / finance or similar field.
- Some knowledge of Estonian accounting and tax rules is a plus.
- Previous experience in an international company is a plus.
- Some knowledge of GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP is a plus.
- Having a certificate of CPA / ACCA is a plus.

- High level of proficiency with the Estonian language, both in verbal and written form.
- High level of proficiency with the English language, both in verbal and written form.
