The Bulk Grits Loader is job classification CRE Loader, Bulk Grits and is assigned to 2nd shift and paid per hour (plus shift differential).

QUALIFICATIONS :
Education / Experience :
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
- Must be able to proficiently verbally communicate, read, and write in English for the purposes of record keeping and quality training and processes.
- Need to have the capability to work in a team environment and maintain positive working relationships with other colleagues.
- Need to be capable to working in varying climates and environment.
- Performs work in a manner that is in compliance with all policies and GMP rules. Reports any conditions that may put product quality at risk.
- Performs work in a safety conscious manner that is in compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Reports any conditions that pose a safety risk to personnel and / or property.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES :
- Responsible for loading of all bulk products from the Corn Mill including the proper weighing and reporting of weights, car numbers, seal numbers and any other records connected with this operation.
- Responsible for loading the proper product from the proper bins and operating and maintaining the equipment with respect to sanitation and quality control policies in order to realize maximum efficiency in production.
- Operates the trackmobile as well as other equipment as needed.
- Able to work a shift, flexible work schedule and overtime when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
