Acara Solutions is looking for a Document Scanner to assist our client in Minnesota as they transition to a fully electronic system.
In this role, you will be responsible for scanning paper documents into the new Workday system, working across our client's four Minnesota locations (55318, 55429, 55414, 55444).
The project requires completing the scanning process at one location before moving to the next.Project Details : -Duration : Expected to last through the end of the year-Pay Rate : Up to $25 / hour (DOE)-Contract Length : 3 months-Work Hours : Flexible, but must be completed during standard Monday-Friday business hoursRequirements : -Valid driver's license and reliable transportation-Ability to travel to all four Minnesota locations (55318, 55429, 55414, 55444)-Background check, drug screen, and credit check required upon offerRequired Skills / Qualifications : -Minimum 2 years administrative support experience -Intermediate Excel proficiency Preferred Skills / Qualifications : -Familiarity with WorkDay system preferred -Previous experience supporting HR projects preferred Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
