This position may be staffed as a hybrid role and offers the 9 / 80 work schedule. *What You'll Get To Do : * *Roles and Responsibilities* :

• Administers, extends, negotiates and terminates standard and nonstandard contracts.
• Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
• Examines estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepares bids; processes specifications, progress, and other reports; advises management of contractual rights and obligations;

compiles and analyzes data; and maintains historical information.

• Routinely creates, tracks and submits Wide-Area-Work-Flow (WAWF) documentation in the government PIEE system.
• Provides day-to-day contractual guidance and support to internal program teams and business management. *Basic Qualifications : *
• Bachelor's degree and 8 + years of relevant experience - OR - a Master's degree and 6 + years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical acumen in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Knowledge of FAR / DFAR's
• In-depth knowledge of commercial and government contracting with experience with different contract types. *Preferred Qualifications : *
• Juris Doctorate Degree
• Current & active DoD secret clearance

however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.

Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
