Join QBP!FT or PTPay up to $19.88 / hrShift : Monday through Friday typical schedule 11 am to about 8 pmPaid trainingWhat you will do : Order fulfillment / pickingPacking of product to QBP StandardsAssure that every order ships same dayReplenishment of product into picking areasLabeling boxes for shippingDC Maintenance and 6S of Outbound area and Pack stationsMay include truck loading, cycle counts, and receiving*Other tasks and responsibilities as assignedWhat you need to succeed : Solid understanding of a distribution network is helpfulWork effectively under pressure, respond positively to change, attention to detail, attendance, etc.

Must be capable of lifting up to 55 pounds repetitively and be on your feet for long periods of time.Willingness to take initiative and work effectively without close supervision, maintain accuracy and quantity of work under pressure of deadlines and changing priorities, adaptable and flexible with change, etc.

Must be open to a flexible schedule : long days at the beginning of the week and shorter days towards the end. Some late nights will be required.

Overtime may occasionally be required.Other related criteria : Reports to a DC SupervisorAbility to lift 55 lbs. repetitively and team lift up to 95 lbs.

QBP Pay Range $14.31 - $19.88Quality Bicycle Products approaches pay in an ethical and transparent way. Pay ranges are assigned to a job based on market data from 3 rd party salary benchmark data as well as balancing internal equity of other roles with similar levels of responsibility.

Individual pay within the range can vary for several reasons including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, tenure, performance, and available budget.
