AMD Lasers, Inc. (AMD), a wholly owned subsidiary of CAO Group, Inc located in West Jordan Utah, is looking for a product manager with a primary responsibility of managing a dental product portfolio.

Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with product development & marketing teams on the release of new products to the market and managing existing products to provide guidance for marketing and sales;
- Working with regulatory team to ensure products meeting all requirements of FDA and other regulatory entities;
- Perform market analysis to evaluate potential success and market acceptance of new and existing products and work with product development for requirements of new products and improvement of existing products;
- Create field evaluation protocols, including product user guide, standard evaluation procedures, evaluation questionnaires, timelines & recruitment process to obtain qualified field evaluators;
- Analyze evaluation results to provide feedback to product development for product improvements;
- Summarize final evaluation results to present to executive management;
- Work with marketing team to setup marketing message based upon evaluation results for successful release of the product;
- Collect data after product release and setup plan for product improvement.
Requirements :
- Experience in all aspects of new product release and product management;
- Dental and medical device experience preferred;
- Strong communication skills to all team members;
- Skills in recruiting evaluators;
- Ability to analyze data & present findings to management;
- Ability to coordinate between multiple departments to complete projects in a timely manner;
- Detail oriented & ability to work independently;
- Minimum BS or BA degree, MBA degree is preferred
