- CNC Lathe Machining
- Proficiency with machine setup - multiple per day
- Setting up tooling from scratch in turret, and indicate holders in for drills
- Off set all tooling on machine control
- Boring Jaws, and indicate for run out after jaws are bored
- Send programs from computer to machine
- Blueprint reading
- Precision Measuring Devices : Micrometers, Calipers, various Gauges
- Working with materials such as : Titanium, Inconel
Skills : CNC, Lathe machine, Setup tooling and change out, Precision Measuring Devices, Tooling Off Set, Boring Soft Jaws, Tight Tolerances, Blueprint Reading, Math and Calculation, Basic Computer Skills Experience : Experienced3 year(s)
