A non-profit organization in NYC that focuses on doing casework with people that have developmental disabilities or problems finding housing is looking for a Field Network Support Analyst to join their team.
This person will have a company car, and will travel each day to one of the five boroughs to do IT support work for one of their locations.
They're looking for someone with a driver's license who has a few years of networking and help desk experience in M365 environments.

Requirements :
- 2-3 years of helpdesk experience, troubleshooting technical problems
- 2-3 years of significant professional networking experience, including things like network tracing or switch configuration
- Windows Active Directory experience
