Production Supervisor

Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for streamlining production processes? Were seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our night shift production team in our Wyoming, MI plant.

In this critical role, youll oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring seamless production, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols.

This could be a second or third-shift role. The night shift follows a Sunday Thursday schedule, with possible overtime required on Friday with working hours from 10 PM7 PM! The second shift follows a 2 PM 11 PM with possible overtime required on weekends.

From coordinating production schedules to optimizing resource allocation, youll play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and meeting production targets.

Youll be leading various projects involving process optimization, cost reduction initiatives, and much more! You will work closely with Operations Managers in a role that could provide career advancement opportunities in the future.

A Taste of What Youll Be Doing

• Production Line Support Youll be leading all activities on your assigned shift working towards production goals, material changes, and schedules
• Direction and Servant Leadership Result Lead and demonstrate your people skills as you provide direction and support to your team of operators

• Continuous Improvement We couldnt do it without your owners mindset, and all acronyms that come with continuous improvement, 5S, RCA, and LEAN

Were Looking for Someone With

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of managing safety and / or quality programs and processes.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution.
• Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Experience in the Food & Beverage industry preferred.
