Payroll Director

A company is looking for a Payroll Director to lead the payroll function and manage the team while driving strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance with regulations

Collaborate with HR on system enhancements and administer RSU / PSU grant awards

Evaluate and enhance payroll processes, ensuring payment accuracy and compliance with legislative changes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred

10+ years in payroll management, with experience in UKG payroll systems

Experience in system implementation and upgrades

Salary range of $145,000 - $185,000 based on experience
