This role is Hybrid with weekly onsite requirements in Urbana IA.

What you'll be doing :

• Aligning with Clickstop's Core Values to drive our culture and business forward.
• Providing an industry best customer experience for our e-commerce brands : US Cargo Control, Fasteners Plus, EcoFoil, & Pepper Joe's
• Recognizing and identifying customer needs and opportunities.
• Identifying customers' needs and expectations by being a great listener.
• Continuously improving our processes.
• Working within a highly collaborative team and strategizing with our Marketing, Operations, Freight, and Purchasing teams to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service.

Demonstrating our commitment to our brand promise by providing customers what they want, when they need it on their first call.

• Completing daily tasks while living out our values and code through self-awareness and integrity.
• Openly discussing and relaying information with stellar follow-up and execution.
