Job Summary :
The RV Service Advisor at Airstream Las Vegas is responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients in need of RV servicing and repairs.
This individual will work closely with the service team to ensure that all customer requests are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the RV industry and possess excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation & Benefits :
This is a full-time, salaried Technician / Skilled Labor / Contractor position with a compensation range of $60,000 to $100,000 per year.

Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Accurately document customer information and vehicle issues in the service system
- Work closely with service technicians to schedule and prioritize repairs
- Provide estimates and quotes for RV repairs and services
- Communicate with customers about the status of their repairs and any additional recommendations
- Ensure all warranty work is properly documented and submitted
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Keep up-to-date on the latest RV industry trends and products
- Continuously strive to provide exceptional customer service and promote repeat business
Requirements :
- High School Diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education in RV repair and service preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the RV industry, with proven knowledge and skills in RV repairs and maintenance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for service and repair documentation
- Must be able to lift and move heavy items up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
