FINANCIAL CONTRACTS ANALYST
LHH has partnered with a premier firm in the Marine transportation industry to hire their next Financial Contracts Analyst.
The Contract Analyst will provide support to the Contracts and Operations Departments, and report to the Senior Contract Analyst.
This position will have interactions with Senior Management, all company Departments, Project Management and Equipment Managers, and with clients, both governmental and private..
YOUR ROLE :
Develop, review and maintain Equipment Rates and maintain Historical Cost Database
Develop, review and maintain Payroll Rates (Union, Non-Union and Prevailing Wage)
Develop, review and maintain GLDD?s Standard Rate Book
Fleet Profitability of Dredges Analysis and Plant Rationalization
Aid in preparation of Requests for Proposals, Request for Equitable Adjustments, and Claims including certified cost packages, contract cost analysis, variance analysis, equipment and payroll rates and evidence collection.
Assist Legal Department with Contractual Legal Issues when they arise including FAR and DFAR Review
Candidate must be able to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
MINMIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4 plus years experience providing contracts analysis and cost analysis for a company in the marine transportation or renewable energy industries
- Demonstrated ability to Ability to take complex data and find the key metrics
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- 4 Years in Construction Accounting or Finance Preferred
- Knowledge of FAR / DFAR contract guidelines

Salary : $85-90K
