What You’ll Do :
- Account Management : Handle all aspects of commercial lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Policy Administration : Process renewals, endorsements, certificates, and claims with precision and efficiency.
- Risk Assessment : Analyze and assess clients’ insurance needs, recommending appropriate coverage options.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with underwriters, producers, and other team members to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions.
What We’re Looking For :
- Experience : 2-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a focus on middle to large market accounts.
- Software Proficiency : Experience with Epic or other Agency Management software is highly desired.
- Licensing : Current Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Skills : Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
