We’re looking for someone with no more than 3-5 years of staffing experience to bring valuable expertise to our team, this is a junior role.
Specializing in Administrative, HR, Operations, Finance, and Accounting, we are dedicated to building meaningful, lasting relationships that benefit our clients and candidates alike.
As a Temporary Division Recruiter, you’ll leverage deep industry knowledge and a robust network to match top talent with client needs, playing an integral role in delivering exceptional service.
This role isn’t just about filling positions; it’s about making a real impact in the community and helping clients reach their goals.
What You’ll Do :
- Engage with clients to understand their unique needs
- Source, screen, and place top-tier temporary talent
- Provide insights on job market trends and in-demand skills
- Support diversity initiatives to help clients build inclusive teams
- You like to proactively reach out to both existing and prospective clients, building and strengthening relationships it’s second nature to you.
