Join our newly established Hemato-Oncology organization as a Brand Lead and become a key member of the Germany Oncology Team! We are looking for an experienced professional to lead, support, and develop our hemato-oncology launch strategy and go-to-market activities for bispecific antibodies, primarily focusing on the German market, the first launch country worldwide.
You will be reporting to the Country Manager Oncology Germany and you will be responsible for brand marketing activities across Germany for all hemato-oncological indications (DLBCL, FL, MM).
This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of the brand plan.

A typical day might include the following :
Developing and executing the brand marketing strategy for Germany, while providing input into the global brand strategy, functional plans, and budget.
Leading the brand planning process by analyzing the competitive landscape, identifying key promotional opportunities, and crafting customer-focused, differentiated messages for target audiences.
Partnering with local Medical Affairs to create and align on a cohesive brand strategy as part of the local country brand planning process.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement promotional activities outlined in the local country brand plan.
Analyzing brand performance drivers and barriers, such as share of voice, market dynamics, and competitive actions, and proposing actions to address opportunities or risks.
Developing and executing external stakeholder engagement plans, including national congresses and HCP meetings, in coordination with cross-functional teams.
Creating local promotional materials aligned with both local and global brand plans for use by the sales force and through digital channels.
Working closely with the Sales Director and Sales Managers to develop and execute the Field Plan of Action, national / regional sales meetings, and field communications in collaboration with internal and external partners.
Developing the country promotional budget and managing expenditures in line with the approved budget.
Upholding the highest ethical and compliance standards personally and throughout the marketing team.

To be considered, you have a Bachelor's degree or a similar academic qualification, preferably with a science background.
You possess over 10 years of experience in biotech / pharma brand marketing, including more than 5 years in leadership roles.
You have a successful track record of hiring, coaching, developing, promoting, and retaining top talent, along with effectively managing team performance.
Your expertise includes managing agencies and suppliers across all areas of the product life cycle. You demonstrate the ability to communicate and act promptly, showing initiative, creativity, and effectiveness in complex, rapidly changing environments.
Your planning, prioritization, communication, and presentation skills are excellent. You exhibit strong integrity and ethics in your behaviors, actions, and communications.
You have a working knowledge of local healthcare compliance codes and relevant regulations related to promotional activities.
Additionally, you have an excellent command of written and spoken German and English. You are willing and able to travel as required ( 30-40%), including some weekends for conferences and meetings.
Experience in hemato-oncological indications, particularly DLBCL, FL, and MM as well as launch experience is preferred.
