- Pay Range : *$20-23 / hr
- Contract Length : *12 month contract
- Training Schedule : *10am-5pm EST with an hour lunch between 2pm-3pm EST
- Work Schedule : *Asking for open availability between Mon-Sun 6am-4pm EST - a set schedule will be provided in this range, 40 hours per week, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day.

- Job Description : *
- Provide support to active and prospective members of an online mental health therapy platform by responding to email inquiries about the platform and services.
- Assist members with refund, financial aid and subscription based questions as well as password resets and how to setup memberships.
- Respond to e-mails from therapists to answer questions regarding navigation of the
platform, provide scheduling support, answer account based questions, etc.
- Conduct proactive outreach and maintain productive communications with members and therapists to get feedback, improve satisfaction, and prevent churn.
- Collect and funnel users' feedback, issues and requests to the proper channels.
- Work with therapist applicants from their initial application, to their video interview, to their final approval & activation on the platform including license verifications, credentialing and sanctions investigations, and profile creation / review.
- Participate in the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of therapist profiles and reverification of licenses and credentials.
- Volume of tickets is 200-300 per day.
- Qualifications : *
- Minimum of 1 year, max of 5 years of Customer Service experience responding to questions / inquiries via email or chat.
- Bilingual in English as well as one or more of the following languages : German, French and Dutch*
- Typing speed of 55+ WPM.
- Track record of success meeting performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy- able to learn and navigate various systems confidently and effectively
- Highly empathetic. Passion for helping others.
- Eager to learn, coachable, and results oriented
