Location : 2459 Almond Avenue, Redlands, CA 92374

Pay : $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience

Shift : Sunday - Thursday from 4 : 00 AM to 9 : 00 AM. Hours are subject to change based on the needs of the business.

Employment Logistics :

OnTrac Hostlers are responsible for safely positioning and maneuvering trailers to and from the dock. This position works closely with the yard team and Operations Management.

The Must-Haves :

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred orone-year related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of both
• Minimum 1-year driving experience
• Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings and background checks
• Must be at least 18 years old, possess aclean driving record, valid identification and be able to pass a TSA screening
• Must be able to provide a 5-year to 10-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

Your Mission in Motion :

• Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment as outlined in the Company Safety Program
• Properly pre-trip and inspect each trailer to meet DOT compliance standards
• Correctly position trailers on the dock using a yard switcher tractor
• Switching trailers as needed during the daily sort; hook up sets of trailers for line hauls leaving the facility
• Clearly communicate trailer moves and numbers with operations management
