VP of Operations Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's vision, mission, and objectives.
- Drive initiatives to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Develop and enforce robust safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Analyze operational performance metrics and financial data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Ensure the timely and effective execution of service delivery operations, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Lead recruitment efforts and talent acquisition strategies to build a skilled and motivated workforce.
VP of Operations Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive operations leadership, preferably in industry / sector .
- Expertise in LMA management, process safety, fleet management, profitability analysis, and service delivery.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with EOS preferred.
