Salary : $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Details

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on problem-solving and technical writing skills.
• Experience in project management, particularly with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in both metric and imperial measurement systems.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and data-driven process improvement.
• Skilled in reading electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Familiar with MS Office and database management systems.
• Knowledge of high-voltage electrical installations and IT-OT connections.

Nice to Haves :

• Experience with manufacturing and IATF standards.
• Proficiency in automation software and systems

Responsibilities :

• Conduct machine and process capability studies and recommend improvements.
• Support FMEA, APQP, and control plan creation and review processes.
• Develop and recommend investments in equipment and automation.
• Oversee commissioning and acceptance of new equipment.
• Define and monitor process parameters, ensuring strict adherence.
• Develop and adapt work instructions for automation systems.
• Program and debug machine controls, teach robots, and ensure machine safety.
• Lead process optimization projects to enhance quality, safety, and cost-efficiency.
• Analyze complex alarms, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Plan for spare parts requirements and manage orders.
• Provide training for employees on equipment and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex projects and improvements.
• Maintain compliance with environmental, safety, and company standards.
• Provide supervision and mentorship for interns and bachelor students.
