About theposition :

Join us as a Quality Analyst in Solar Projects tobring clean solar energy to Mexico! Work with our Operations team and play a criticalrole in achieving Brights goals by aligning the Operations team with the companyspriorities.

Youll be responsible for ensuring allBrights installations comply with the mexican standards establishedand internalcriteria .

Tasks

Your tasks and responsibilities willbe :

• InstallationQuality Assurance :
• Ensure thateach installation aligns seamlessly with our highquality standardscontributing to the companys commitment to sustainableenergy.
• Review and approve the startupdocumentation for 100% of completed residential and commercialsolar installations.
• ContinuousImprovement :
• Innovate andimplement new tools to enhance solar installations efficiency andprecision.
• Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to integrate cuttingedge technologies and methodologiesmaking every project a step towards a greenerfuture.
• Training andCertification :
• Conduct trainingsessions for installation partners emphasizing adherence to NOMregulations and internal qualitystandards.
• Develop and maintain a certificationprogram ensuring that partners are equipped to execute projects invarious states fostering a nationwide network of skilledprofessionals.

YourKey Results will be :

At Bright weoperate on the OKR system pioneered at Intel and used widely atGoogle and many tech companies. For this specific role your KeyResults (upon which your success will be measured)is :

• OKR1 : 100% of deliverables inServicel Level Agreement (comissionings and / or quality testsinvoices single line diagrams or on sitedesigns)
• OKR2 : 100% compliance with improvementprojects per quarter.
• OKR3 : Achieve 100%resolution rate for technical issues (tickets photovoltaic systemproduction meter base rejections UVIEprojects)

Requirements

Were looking for someonewho :

• Has 13 years of experience in Energy SolarPhotovoltaic.
• Has experience andknowledge of the NOM001SEDE2012NEC.
• Is comfortable speakingEnglish and communicating concisely.
• Has thefollowing skills :
• Electrical knowledge(intermediate) :
• Implementing electricalconcepts (Ohms law Kirchhoffs circuit lawsetc.)
• Knowledge of electrical elements andtheir use (transformers inverters TMI fusesetc.)
• Ability to understand technicaltexts.
• Detailoriented.
• Abilityto analyze and understand photovoltaic projects in order to providea verdict on whether to approve or rejectit
• Review work orders and invoices in order toprovide a verdict on whether to approve or rejectit
• Creativity when solving technicalproblems.
• Providing low cost and feasiblealternatives during technical supportsituations
• Clear and concisecommunication.
• Communicate with stakeholders ofthe projects in the best and most efficient waypossible
• Ability to focus on deadlines anddeliverables (service level agreementcompliance).
• Setting realistic deadlines andcomplying with them
• Organization andmetricdriven.
• Making sure their dailyactivities are focused on achieving their Objective Key Results(OKR)
• Teamplayer.
• Collaborating within the team and otherdepartments to develop projects and find the best solution toproblems that mayarise
• Desirable :
• Haselectrical installation experience (residential commercial andindustrial).
• Experience with design softwaresuch as Helioscope orAutocad
