Position Overview
Our Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the sales region, growing revenues within our segments, while maximizing investments in inventory.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing sales team.
We passionately serve customers in the JanSan, Foodservice, and Industrial Packaging markets, delivering the right products and solutions to ensure their businesses are more successful everyday.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborating with senior executives developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Ensure profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution, and management of a supportive sales team.
- Managing a sales team to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate set goals.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- The ongoing training of your salespeople.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organization directives.
- Understanding needs of customer, reps and how they relate to the organization directives.
- Assisting sales personnel mitigating barriers in meeting goals.
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.
- Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars, and regular meetings.
- Team building : Hiring the right person in the right geographical territory when necessary.
- Build a promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Implement SEPG’s strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
The ideal candidate will have :
- BS Degree preferred
- Proven experience as a sales representative
- Sales Management experience highly desired
- Familiarity with CRM practices
- Excellent selling / negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive sales processes from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
