SUMMARY OF POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
The Compensation & Benefits Specialist is responsible for supporting payroll coordination, salary and wage adjustments, and employee benefits administration for Enterprise Management Solutions and the companies it contractually services. The role ensures that employee data in HRIS is accurate and that compensation actions are processed in alignment with internal procedures and state / federal wage laws.
This position also plays a key role in helping employees understand their benefits, tracking enrollment deadlines, assisting with payroll discrepancy resolution, and working closely with HR, finance, and third-party providers.
