Job Summary
- Barista Duties :
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and supplies.
- Ensure high-quality standards in beverage preparation and presentation.
- Engage with customers to take orders, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and restocking coffee beans, milk, and syrups.
- Assist in creating seasonal beverage specials and promotions.
- Bartender Duties :
- Craft a diverse range of cocktails, beers, and wines, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Keep track of inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth ARY RANGE : $18.00 - $19.00 PER HOUR Requirement .
- Regularly required to stand, walk, talk for large duration of shift.
- Regularly required to lift and / or move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly when providing service to guest rooms within any given period of time.
- Ability to focus on details.
- Ability to maintain good coordination while serving orders quickly.
- Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
- One-two years’ experience as a barista.
- Food handler’s certificate required.
